PNEUMATIC SLIT SPRAYER PARAMETERS STUDY

DescriptionAs a result of scientific analysis of the effective plant protection by spraying them with protective-stimulating liquids, the most progressive pneumohydraulic processing method was chosen, enabling the use of a wide mode range. The proposed pneumatic sprayer design can be used to equip sprayers, pollinators and combined units to perform basic operations with the use of pesticides and fertilizers. Using liquid crushing through exposure to working fluid flowing from the feeding tubes of sprayers (jets) with a high-speed air jet, it was possible to carry out the spraying process in a low-volume and ultra-small-volume way in a highly dispersive airborne jets. To study the air-borne jet parameters, providing the working fluid spraying quality as a polydisperse system, we have used a probabilistic-statistical analysis method. It studies variation range of signs according to the classes. Theoretically, the air-borne jet forming process by a pneumatic slit sprayer was considered. Using the three-factor central composite rotatable uniform plan (CURUP), the influence of three factors (surge tank position in cm, air pressure MPa and the feeding tube inclination angle in degrees) on the sprayer performance and the surface response on the working fluid median-mass diameter was determined. It was found that the response surfaces have a form of a paraboloid, the extremum of which is observed at an air pressure of 0.15 MPa (the center of the plan) and the tube installation angle in the spray housing equal to 60 degrees with the middle surge tank position. The maximum coating density of the treated object was 95 pieces / cm2 at the same position of the surge tank and air pressure in the pneumatic line of 0.3 MPa. It was proved that ultra-low volume spraying can be carried out in wide ranges of initial data while observing spraying quality requirements according to the drop median-mass diameter, the average coating density and their distribution uniformity

Ozonization of incubation eggs when storing at an egg-storehouse is well included in technological process of production and egg sorting. Ozone influences absolutely all known viruses and microbes. Larger chickens are hatched from ozone-treated eggs, safety of chickens is increased. However, the present technology did not obtain the wide spreading in the sphere of poultry farming because of uneven concentration due to the volume of treated premises. In the result of mathematical modeling there was worked out the system of management with electrical and technological process of ozonization of egg-storehouses of poultry factories, indexes of quality the work of which was assessed in the system of automated projecting of logical-dynamic systems SimInTech. The summarized integral mean-square index (J = 9,7%) decreased on 19,3 % in comparison with the variant without regulation (J = 29%), that testifies on enough qualitative regulation of distribution of ozone concentration in an egg-storehouse and satisfies the shown acceptable value of the present index (no more 15%). On the basis of produced researches there was created the nomogram determining the tension of charging facility and discharge of a ventilator of electric ozonator in dependence on treated egg amount. DescriptionThe article describes a software interface with the universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos-X++" ensuring the transformation of character, in particular – the numerical series in a form that is directly perceived by this system. As a result, the system can contain 3 statistical and 7 intellectual models of the series, which highlights the relationship between the characters or numbers in these lines. To reflect the relationships between the characters we used the same private and integral data of the automated system of cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), and in the reflection of reasons-and-effect relationships between events in the real area that has not previously been used in the theory of numbers. The article provides a detailed numerical examples of such studies on the example of the identification of relationships between numbers that represent the decimal digits of the PI number, in the example we use one million digits of the PI number after the decimal point

DescriptionLimited resource of irrigation water in the South of Russia is a particularly actual task in the production of moisture-loving crops, such as rice. To solve the problem of rational use of water when watering is not possible without the organization of an automated water distribution. As it was shown by the analysis of tools and technologies of regulation of water supply, the most promising, form tested and used, can be tape regulators of flow and water level. They have a simple construction diagram, unpretentious in operation. However, we have identified a fault – unregulated leaking, not fully covered through the bore, which in turn increases the uncontrolled consumption of irrigation water. To solve this problem we propose a number of designs, protected by patents of the Russian Federation, having special fixture to ensure unauthorized leaks, even in a state almost close to the fully closed opening expiration from the regulator. The article comprehensively considers hydraulic studies of controller initially, without any additions that contribute to the problem of eliminating leakage. The proposed study with the analysis of the distribution of velocities and pressures in the design of belt regulator, will allow you to have the basic reference model against which it will be possible to analyze the degree of influence of constructive-technological changes at the work the newly developed devices. For this, we modeled tape controller in the software package FreeCАD version 0.15, when using SAE - system FlowVision. The task of modeling water flow were solved in flat statement, including the moment of full closing of the belt passage opening of the regulator. For plotting surfaces, lines, levels and cross-section response functions, we used a software package wxMaxima. The results obtained allowed a comprehensive analysis of the work tape of the locking device, hydraulically actuated device in all modes of the major factors and, in the future, will help to address the issue of studying the impact of introduced technological changes in the design of controllers

DescriptionOne of the factors of the destruction of the bonds of grain with the hit when threshing the bread mass with a shock-vibrating threshing device is the impact of the roll edge on the bread mass. The very word "blow" without a clarifying supplement can have various meanings associated with various branches of science. Its meaning expresses the idea of a sudden fact; although in different branches of knowledge it is not identified. We have considered only certain aspects of the physical impact associated with the impact of the working organs of machines and the material being processed. The article presents a study of the impact pulse of a threshing device on bread mass. To reveal the essence of phenomena when a working organ is impacted by grain, a graph analytical method is used. Dependences allowing determining the impact pulse of the milk roll edge on the bread mass, geometric and kinematic parameters of the threshing device are obtained, and also can be used to determine the energy costs
