PECULIARITIES OF USING OF PLANT RESIDUES FOR OBTAINING COMPOSTS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionUsing of organomineral composts to preserve fertility and restore ecological functions of chernozem soils in the Krasnodar territory is necessary. Their composition depends on the properties of chernozem soils and can include various wastes of industry and agriculture. The main component of compost can be organic wastes of livestock, and plant residues and mineral additives are additional compost components. Peculiarities of the interaction of the components of the organomineralic mixture, which including manure of cattle and phosphogypsum, are considered in the work. In the interaction of organic particles of cattle manure and phosphogypsum particles, structural formations are formed where the phosphogypsum particles are enveloped by particles of cattle manure. The experience of composting this organomineral mixture with various crop residues of crops was carried out. Plant residues according to the intensity of decomposition in composts can be represented in the next row, beginning with more decomposed ones: sugar beet> winter wheat> winter barley> corn> sunflower. The composts obtained were characterized by a well-aggregated structure with a predominance of particles 1-2 mm in diameter, good aeration, low density (1.01-1.10 g / cm3), and favorable humidity (22-25%). The structural factor of composts with different plant residues ranged from 3.1 to 4.3 units. The best physical properties were compost, including plant residues of sugar beet, the worst - sunflower. The combination of an organomineral mixture with various plant residues contributed to a decrease in alkalinity of the substrate, a slowing of the mineralization of organic matter, restraint of ammonification processes, and an increase in the content of total nitrogen and phosphorus

THE FEATURES OF A COSTS CLASSIFICATION FOR THE ACCOUNTING POLICIES FORMATION FOR MANAGEMENT PURPOSES
DescriptionThe formation of accounting policies for internal management purposes plays an important role in the modern world. It allows choosing the most suitable way of calculation of the cost, to ensure control of the movement of resources and optimize costs. The aim of the research is to develop a cost accounting section and a fragment of the organizational and technical accounting policies section for internal management purposes. In the course of the research we have been justified by the basic elements of organizational and technical section of accounting policy. The introduction of elements presented in this work can improve the effectiveness of management accounting system functioning through the distribution of duties and responsibilities for its organization and management. The authors propose a reflection of the listing of the automation software used cost accounting software with the options that reveals the technical section of the organization of management accounting system. The developed classification of the main types of regulatory documents (legal and reference documents, the provisions on sections accounting or managerial tasks, instructions for the regulation of individual transactions in management accounting) and the way of reflection in order on approval of accounting policy of the organization contribute to building an optimal document system within the economic entity. In order to reduce the time to build a classification of costs in the article it is recommended to synchronize the expenses from the article directory in accounting. This will optimize the work of management accounting system and establish a link with this system accounting. Using the developed coding system will lead to greater analytic, completeness and transparency of management accounting. Thus, we have substantiated and disclosed the practical and the theoretical significance of the introduction of the cost accounting system developed in the activities of economic entities

Description
In the article, we analyze the measures that the lawenforcement authorities of Tsarist Russia undertook against the process of bringing the criminal income into the economy of the country and using it for the extremist and terrorist activities. The fact that the amount of illegal incomes in Russia in the late XIX century and the beginning of the XX century increased massively, and these incomes were used in the social and political life in quite a peculiar way, confirms the idea that in the democratizing society undergoing a number of social reforms many political organizations recourse to searching for and forming illegal sources of financial incomes and further money laundering to support their activities. The increase in crime, especially in the economic sphere, strains social relations, instigates different organizations and movements struggling for power to receive financing from criminal sources. In their turn, the organizations and movements use the criminal incomes for the political struggle, masking it behind noble causes. Criminal associations arising against the national backdrop manipulate the political, cross-national and other kinds of contradictions, existing in international and interstate relations. With the aim of laundering the “shadow” funds and in defiance of the national interests, they use the services of foreign banks and special agencies of antagonistic countries

FEATURES OF LINEAR GROWTH OF HOLSTEIN HEIFERS OF DIFFERENT LINES
DescriptionThe article presents the results of studying the growth and development of repair heifers of Holstein cattle belonging to the lines Vis Back Ideal and Reflection Sovering. The feeding and maintenance conditions in both groups were the same. In accordance with the generally accepted scheme of drinking during the milk period, the heifers received 180 kg of whole milk and 400 kg of its substitution. Starting from the age of 10-15 days, the heifers were grouped into groups of 15 heads each. The live weight and average daily increments of test heifers varied differently. Linear growth and average daily gains in the experimental group were higher than in the control group. Studies have found that heifers from the experimental group in all the studied periods were superior to heifers from the control group and for the entire period, the average daily increase was 16.5 g more. The average daily increments were at the level of 747.5 and 764.0 g, the live weight by the age of the first insemination was 373.5 kg in the control group and 381.8 kg in the experimental group. Linear indicators have significant differences in height at the withers at the age of 1 insemination; depth of chest behind shoulders in 6-month age and at 1-tion insemination; oblique body length (tape) in the age of the 1st insemination; the chest girth at 12 months of age and at 1-tion insemination. The results of the study show that the cultivation of repair heifers of the Vis Back Idial and Reflection Sovering lines of the Holstein breed further contributes to an increase in the growth of dairy productivity in farms and an increase in gross milk production
