DescriptionThe article is devoted to the urgent problems of modern realities- restructuring and improvement of material-technical base of the branch on the basis of technical and organizational-ecological renovation of production. There was considered the scientific-technical revolution in agriculture in the article. There was underlined that for normal motion of reproduction is necessary to supply not only the rational proportions between branches of producing things of personal consumption but fro this is necessary to supply the composition and proportions between different branches inside of each these subdivisions. The present methodological and methodical apparatus does not give the possibilities properly to determine the points of bifurcation and effective limits of innovation-orientation restructuring of giving the possibility to increase the competitiveness, effectiveness and capitalization of an enterprise. We have also presented a complex of tasks of innovation-orientation restructuring of an enterprise in the article. The cyclic character of processes of innovation-orientation restructuring is supplied with introduction except of consequent realization of processes the reverse connection as a monitoring of a motion of restructuring as a deviation of results from planned ones. There were offered the structure and the stages of models of innovation-orientation restricting which includes the search of points of bifurcation and limits of restructuring effectiveness

RESOURCE-SAVING APPROACHES TO THE POULTRY FEEDING
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe experiment studied the use of an herbal component in feeding of young geese, consisting of hay meal and alfalfa juices coagulate. The replacement of 50 % of complete feed by the studied feeding stuff reduced the protein content in the diet by 9.9-14.9 % and increased the content of crude fiber 1.76-2.01 times. Gross weight gain in the experimental group decreased by 3.9 %, with an increase in feed cost by 17.1 %. However, carcasses of geese in experimental group increased absolute weight of muscles of the breast and legs by 28.6%, and the relative – 5.6 % (Р˃0.05). Using of herbal ingredients tended to increase the yield of dressed carcass by 4.8 %, while the share of internal fat and skin with subcutaneous fat was decreased. There were no differences in the chemical composition of poultry muscle tissue in the groups. Using of herbal ingredients decreased the cost of 1 kg of feed by 0.7 rubles, but the cost price of weight gain increased by 5.0 %. It was concluded that it is necessary to carry out additional studies involving the feeding of poultry with the identical by nutritional value compound feed with the additive under study or without it

RESOURCE CONSERVATION IN THE PRODUCTION OF SPRING BARLEY
DescriptionThe article discusses the possibilities and presents the results of research on the cultivation of spring barley with different production technologies in conditions of insufficient and unstable wetting of the south of Russia. Experimental studies were carried out in a stationary experiment with a four-field crop rotation with different variants of tillage (dump, flat-cut, layered, without tillage – no-till). It is established that the most expensive is the waste treatment of the soil (PN-5-35), and the least expensive is the technology excluding the impact on the soil. At the same time, the operating costs of labor and fuel consumption at no-till are lower, respectively, by 82-107, 23-48, 131-188% in comparison with traditional types of technology. Hectare fuel consumption with zero technology is 131-188% less than with traditional technologies and amounted to 22.8 kg / ha. The cost of production of spring barley using no-till is 8-41% lower compared to flat-cut, layer-by-layer, and dump technology and amounts to 285 rubles per cent. Calculated per 1 hectare, labor costs, fuel consumption, wages, fuel costs, deductions for renovation and repairs, as well as total operating costs for traditional basic tillage technologies increase, respectively, 1,23-1,48; 2,31-2,88; 1,30-1,56; 3,1-3,81; 1,65-1,85; 1,81-1,96; 1,83-2,09 times compared with no-till. The use of spring barley cultivation technology that excludes impact on the soil provides a fairly high efficiency even at lower yields

THE DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION OF SMALL FORM PRODUCTION IN RETROSPECTIVE
DescriptionTheoretical, transformational and practical provisions for the development and regulation of small businesses and farms in the country's economy and agriculture are being cleared up. In the process of studying the problem we used logical reasoning, methods of comparing, and monographic, economic and statistical methods also. It is shown that small farming forms (SFF) in agriculture are essential for progressive development of agriculture, which is now recognized as a growth point of import substitution in all national economy. Given the author's interpretation of the category definition "small farming form" in agriculture differs from other definitions, in a more complete evaluation and statistics, provisions regarding private cottages and households as the SFF, their locality of functioning, independence in taking risks, increased adaptation, economic and legal binding, spectrum of production. The article shows the history of definitions of small business and small farming forms, stages of small business development, the scope of its practice abroad and in our country. It is said that a leading role in the formation of small farms belonged to households, which are still playing a leading role in production of agricultural products for their own consumption (without selling on the market). It is noted that at the present stage of industrial transformation of small businesses and small farms they often have a low mechanization level, high cost structure of manual labor. They have problems in adapting to the sector of services, in embedding into a complex system of relationships with medium and large business on the basis of technological specialization and also promoting innovation. It is emphasized that today the growing role of small businesses, small farms makes it more pragmatic to assess the prospects of development of this sector in our country

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE WINTER BARLEY VARIETIES ESTABLISHED IN THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionBarley (hordeum vulgare) is a valuable food and forage crop. It is cultivated in the world on an area of about 60 million hectares. A major region of barley cultivation in the Russian Federation is the Southern Federal District. The variety is one of the main factors determining the demand for crop. To use the varieties effectively we must have a complex of economically valuable traits such as hardiness, resistance to lodging, disease and pest resistance. These traits make it possible to generate the harvest high and stable from year to year. The article is devoted to the analysis of winter barley varieties, created in the south of Russia from ancient times to the present day. The main achievements of the leading Russian breeding facilities and experienced breeders of scientists set out in chronological order. The article describes the methods and principles of selection (from individual selection to mutagenesis and complex selective breeding) used to breeding the new varieties of winter barley. The most attention is given to the outstanding varieties included to the mating program today
