GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUGAR CORN DEPENDING ON NITROGEN FERTILIZERS
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionThe article provides an overview of the results of a study of the effect of nitrogen fertilizers (sowing and top dressing) on the growth and development of sugar corn plants. The object of research was the mid-early hybrid of corn called Krasnodar Sugar 280 NE (FAO 280). In the experiment, 2 factors were studied: factor Ā - sowing nitrogen fertilizer (b / b (k), 15 and 30 kg.d.v / ha), factor B - root nitrogen top dressing (b / b (k), 15 and 30 kg.dv./ha). The total area of the plot is 20 m2, the accounting area is 10 m2. The number of rows in the plot is only 4, including accounting - 2. The plots are systematically placed. In the fall, the main fertilizer was applied in the background at a dose of N30P60K60, under plowing. Repeating four times. The predecessor is winter wheat. The counts and observations in the experiment were carried out according to generally accepted methods. Studies have established that the phases of “seedlings” and “5-6 leaves” did not depend on nitrogen fertilizers. The “panicle panning” phase in the variants with the introduction of nitrogen occurred 2 days later, and the phase "milk ripeness on the cob" - for 1 day. The height of the plants of the control variant was 202 cm. With an increase in the dose of nitrogen, the height of the plants of sweet corn increased. The maximum (12 cm higher) plant height was on the option using N30 for sowing and root dressing

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF HOLSTEIN HEIFERS BORN WITH THE USE OF EMBRYO TRANSPLANTATION
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThe article gives results of a comparative study of the growth and development of young cattle of Holstein breed belonging to the Reflection Sovering and Vis Baidial lines, born with the method of transplantation of embryos, and their coevals born with a standard method. Technology of growing of young cattle in both groups was identical, accepted in the economy. During suckling period, the heifers got 300 kg of full-milk. During a period from 3 to 8 months, they were contained in cages for small group maintenance, from an 8 month age, they were contained loose, on pasture grounds. Living mass and average daily increases of experimental heifers changed differently. The rates of height and average daily increases in an experimental group turned out to be higher, than for coevals of the control group. It is proved by the researches, that heifers born with the method of transplantation of embryos are equal to ones who were born with a traditional method in the rates of height and development and even excel coevals at the certain periods. In the age of the first insemination, living mass of heifers of the experimental group was 365 kg, which was 14 kg more compared to coevals of the control group. In all studied age-related periods, heifers of the experimental group excelled coevals of the control group in average daily increases. From their birth and up to 14-th month age, exceeding on increases was 37gr; to the age of the first insemination, heifers of the experimental group were more developed. Taking into account the genetic potential in heifer embryos and their best height and development, it proves the expediency of the use of transplantation of embryos

GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT AND YIELD OF WINTER BARLEY IN THE CENTRAL ZONE OF THE KRASNODAR REGION
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article deals with a combination of different methods of cultivation of winter barley on the background of plowing, and their impact on growth, development and crop yield. The main technological factors allowing implementing the biological potential of culture are adaptive variety, quality seeds, predecessors, sowing and harvesting, fertilizer, soil fertility, crop care, including protection from weeds, pests and diseases. Barley is the culture of versatile use, which is grown for food and feed purposes. Intensification of cultivation methods of this phenomenon is essential and significantly affects the grain yield of this crop. Under the natural fertility of the soil and favorable weather conditions for black earth of Kuban it is possible to get 3,0-3,5 tons per hectare of winter crops of grain, and this requires the creation of an optimal diet, because one of the main factors affecting the productivity of field crops, including one phenomenon are fertilizers. In addition, the level of soil fertility and protection system of weeds, pests and diseases has great importance. Since these types of issues are relevant for agriculture, we have carried out studies to identify the optimal combination of different methods on growth, development and productivity of a single phenomenon

The growth-regulating activity of naphthalenesulfonylamide and pyrazolopyridines derivatives was studied under laboratory and field tests on tomato plants. We have found substances with high growth-regulating effect. The vegetative mass of plants, the number of ovaries in the hand, the size of the fruit, the yield and the sugar content of the fruits increased under the influence of the growth regulators

ROTARY SCREW SYSTEMS IN CEMENT
DescriptionThe article presents results of research of rotary-screw systems in relation to the creation of rotary kilns for the annealing of-cuttings in the preparation of cement clinker. Using the proposed design, in comparison with known designs of similar purpose, it significantly improves performance, reduces size and power consumption through the use of rotary screw systems in the form of screw rotors and drums made hollow with sidewalls assembled from separate strips or plates of different geometrical shapes with form inside the screw breaks or smooth edges, screw surfaces and screw grooves. It is shown that the housing of the rotary kiln is expedient to produce helical surfaces whose centers of curvature are located within the housing. Using the proposed constructions rotary kiln during the firing when preparing cement wedge can increase the speed of rotation of the housing, furnaces 5-10 times due to changes in the rotary-screw systems increase efficiency and reduce the size of furnaces

ROTOR AND SCREW TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS FOR PREPARATION OF SOLUTIONS AND CONCRETE
DescriptionWe have provided technical solutions to improve performance of technological systems for the preparation of solutions and concrete based on the use of screw rotors in the form of drums with helix lines formed on the perimeter as interconnect lines of his spiral surfaces. We discuss the six varieties of devices and installations for mixing, including concrete mixers, reels which are of a complicated geometric body formed by helical surfaces with variable or constant pitch and which creates screw lines in the places of their connection. In the form of screw drums, they may be conical, concave, convex, cylindrical. The experimental test was conducted on the concrete mixer drums, which are arranged one in the other. The implementation of the mixer in the form of coaxially edited two barrels provides not only a reduction in size in length, but a significant reduction in energy consumption due to the use of heat, released during the activation process of inert heating of the concrete mix as when re-mixing and concrete mix when mixing it with water and transportation. The drums of such systems is made of flat elements with the formation of the helical lines discretely spaced around the perimeter of different pitch and with different numbers directed towards each other helical surfaces. In the process of transporting the components of concrete in the internal screw drum there is active mixture of sand, gravel and cement. Thus, there is not only the destruction of lumpy, sticky components of the raw materials, but also active uniform distribution of particles of cement, sand and gravel into a homogenous mass. The implementation of the proposed technology and equipment ensures not only reduction of the dimensions of the mixer length, but also improving the quality of finished products, as well as potential cement savings of 3-5%
