SYNTHESIS OF A SYSTEM OF OPTIMIZATION OF CONSUMPTION OF NONRENEWABLE RESOURCES
DescriptionThe NP-problem of discrete optimization of consumption of non-renewed resources is considered. The weights of edges of the graph of resources set cost of consumed resources. It is offered to use the transitions of discrete system conditions on the complete graph with number of vertexes, equal to quantity of discrete resources, for the problem decision. The purpose of such system is construction of a chain of the predetermined length and the minimum weight on the complete graph. The problem factor is factorial growth of number of variants of chains on graph at linear growth of quantity of resources. The main idea consists in a use of found statistical regularities of transition ranks of discrete system at construction of chains with the minimum weight on graphs of the any size. Use of ranks allows to abstract from concrete weights of transitions and to find the property inherent optimum. In this article, the structure of discrete system is presented and its functioning in a mode of analysis of ranged decisions is described. Distinctive feature of the presented system is use of the generator of ranks, the generator ranged chains and the statistics block. They are used for definition of distribution of suboptimum decisions. In addition, the article contains the description of structure and functioning of discrete system in a mode of synthesis of suboptimum decisions on the basis of the found distribution of probabilities of local decisions. In this article, in accordance with the methodology of SC analysis, we consider particular implementation stages of the synthesis of the numerical model and its analysis. We have also presented the results of the determination of the different states of the processing complex function of various factors on these states and their classification, as well as semantic networks and cognitive class diagrams and factors. On the basis of the analysis we made specific findings and recommendations for decision making at the management level of the region. After execution of the stages of cognitive structuring and formalization of the subject area the further stages of automated SC analysis have been accomplished, the first of which is the phase of the input database of precedents. All these steps are performed directly using "Eidos" universal cognitive analytical system

SYNCHRONIZATION OF THE HATCHING AT THE ARTIFICIAL INCUBATION

DescriptionThe embryo passes a number of the stages caused by high-quality structural changes in development and following them growth periods. The periods of change of development for the periods of growth are critical and are most sensitive to influence of external factors. The developed differentiated mode provides sharp temperature increase of incubation in the critical periods of development of an embryo. High temperature at separate stages of an incubation has displaced metabolic processes of the developing embryo towards lipidic exchange, at the same time the cholesterol indicator in blood of skilled chickens has grown more than twice, and level alkaline phosphatase by 2,5 times. Synchronization of the hatching was reached due to reduction of the periods embryonic and output on about 10-12 of hours. Operating an embryogenesis in the period of incubation there is an opportunity to influence the level of productional processes of chickens during the post-embryonic period, average daily gains of live weight at cultivation of broilers increase on average by 5-7%

The article proposes to use the automated systemcognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tool which is "Eidos" system to solving multiparameter typing, system identification and cartographic visualization of spatially-distributed natural, environmental and socio-economic systems. Imagine, that we have an original point cloud with coordinates (X,Y,Z), each with known values of gradation descriptive scales of nominal, ordinal, or numeric type S(s1,s2,...,sn). Then the "Eidos" system provides: 1) building a model that contains generalized knowledge about the strength and the direction of the influence of descriptive gradations of scales at Z=M(S); 2) estimation of the values of Z for points (X,Y) described in the same descriptive scales S(s1,s2,...,sn), but not a part of the original point cloud; 3) a cartographic visualization of the spatial distribution of values of the function Z=M(S) for points outside the initial cloud, using Delaunay triangulation. Basically, this means that the "Eidos" system ensures recovery of the unknown function values on the grounds of the argument and implements it in a generic setting, independent of subject area. We propose a new scientific concept called "Geo-cognition system", which is defined as a software system that provides conversion of source data into information, and knowledge in visualization and mapping of this knowledge, resulting in the cognitive map becomes graphics. This feature can be used to quantify the degree of suitability of the watersheds for cultivation of certain crops, the evaluation of the ecological situation on particular territories on the structure and intensity of anthropogenic load, visualization of results of forecasting of earthquakes and other unwanted risks or emergencies, as well as for solving many other similar mathematical essence of tasks in a variety of subject areas. SYSTEM OF TAXATION ANALYTICAL INDICATORS OF ECONOMIC SUBJECTS
DescriptionThe article presents the main types and stages of tax analysis at the micro level. The authors analyze the sources are specified taxation. This article describes the general principles of economic analysis and the characteristics of their applications in order to analyze the tax. It was found that the analysis of the taxation organization should be carried out in three areas: the analysis of tax payments; analysis of arrears of taxes and levies; analysis of the tax load. Much attention is paid to the analysis of the tax load of the economic subject. The author presents the results of research the concept of "tax load". The article provides its scientifically based definition: a set of complementary indicators, both quantitatively and qualitatively characterizing the effect of mandatory payments of tax nature, levied in the budget of the Russian Federation, on the financial position of the economic entity. It was found that the composition of the tax load includes indicators that on the scale of application can be divided into public and private. The authors describe in detail the procedure for finding, sat the time lag for which it is advisable to determine the tax load of the economic entity. THE SYSTEM OF KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT AND RATING OF TESTING OF STUDENTS
DescriptionAn important question is increasing objectivity in evaluation of current and residual knowledge of students on the subjects. Based on these assessments, teachers will adjust the work program and calendarthematic plan on discipline, forms and methods of teaching in order to ensure a high level of knowledge, allowing making necessary competence and skills of future specialists. The article proposes the evaluation system of students ' knowledge and determines their rankings, taking into account the qualifications of the teachers who taught their classes. Knowledge assessment might be defined as just one discipline, or as all the across disciplines for a semester, academic year and study period. The knowledge of students on discipline is estimated on the results of the test tasks based on current estimates obtained in a semester, and examination grades. We have reviewed the quality assessment system of students ' knowledge and determined their rating; it will increase the credibility of the evaluation. In addition, it increases the effectiveness of the educational process, since the evaluation of students ' knowledge and skills of teachers, will help heads of departments and deans to make decisions about the professional development of teachers, showed poor results

DescriptionThe modern level of cultivation of agricultural animals requires new approaches to the processing and disposal of manure. To do this, it is necessary to develop effective ways of converting waste into organic fertilizers, which, in the form of liquid effluents, make it possible to enhance and preserve the soil fertility of agricultural landscapes. This is especially necessary to be carried out on black soils, where irrigation of crops with prepared and diluted drains has a positive effect on the harvest. Therefore, the creation of manure processing systems by technological sequentially related operations is an urgent problem. Cattle manure is considered as a poly-dispersed system with sedimentation and physical and chemical properties. In this case, the system requires the sequential solution of a number of complex tasks: removal of various inclusions from manure, especially colloidal and fibrous particles; prevention of premature separation of manure during homogenization; preparation of manure for separation into liquid and solid fractions is a basic technological scheme that is universal and applicable to all types of livestock-raising complexes. A feature of the integrated cattle manure disposal line is a lagoon for year-round storage of a certain amount of manure drains prepared for irrigation during the growing season. For the creation of the lagoon, a film coating is used - it works as an anti-filtration screen
