There was cited one of the variants of tension decrease in the given question – creation of multi children families in countryside. The village is the most optimal place for formation of such families. It is quite fair the question of working place and good wages in villages in connection with it. SEROLOGIC CONTROL OF SPECIFIC PROPHYLAXIS OF THE CANICOLA FEVER OF CATTLE
DescriptionResults of studying of the immune response of young growth of cattle to vaccination against a canicola fever are presented in article. Dependence of duration of circulation of antibodies in a blood of the vaccinated young growth of cattle from degree of intensity of an immune response on introduction of the vaccine is revealed. Studying of dynamics of antiserum capacities at cow calves of two-month age after immunization taped the weak immune response on introduction of a vaccine. It is expressed both in total absence of antibodies, or available antibodies in minute quantity to canicola fever of one of the serogroups which are a part of a vaccine. Use of immunomodulatory preparations for rising of efficiency of immunization of cow calves against a canicola fever is offered. It is established that application of "Ribotan" at vaccination of two-month calves against a canicola fever increases efficiency of immunization for 55,6 %

SERRA - NEWEST HIGH QUALITY WINE MUSCAT GRAPE VARIETY WITH COLORED PULP AND JUICE

DescriptionNewest wine Muscat grape variety with colored pulp and juice Serra was breeded at Athens Institute of Viticulture (Greece) by P.Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2007 by crossing the Ukrainian Odessa black variety (Alicante Bouschet x Cabernet Sauvignon) with the new Greek Muscat black berry Krimbas variety. According to the morphological and physiological characteristics it is included in the eco-geographical group of Black Sea Coast. Length of production period is 146-155 days. Strong growth of shoots (2,1-3,0 m). Percentage of productive shoots is over 90. Productivity is very high: 25-30 t / ha. Average weight is 350 g. Grapes characterized with high resistance to cold, drought and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera. Flower is hermaphrodite, with the stamens and fully developed gynoecium. Cluster is medium, conical, sometimes with wing, medium density. Berry is small, round, blue-black, with a thick waxy coating. Peel of medium thickness, dense, durable. Pulp and juice are intensely colored, flavored with Muscat taste. Sugar content is very high, in the bushes at sun-dried bunches up to more than 40%. Prolonged preservation of crop on bushes. Variety is intended for manufacturing intensely colored dry red wines of excellent grade and high-quality sparkling, dessert, sweet and liqueur wines, and is suitable for the manufacture of high quality intensively colored juice with Muscat taste. NETWORK GROUNDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL HEALTH PROTECTION
DescriptionThe article heads a series of the publications devoted to the solution of an actual problem of modern health care - a management problem at the regional level. The contradiction between expectations and needs of the population for high-quality medical services and quality of management of the medical organizations is shown in the Russian health system. This contradiction is shown at the micro and meso (regional) level in poor quality of not medical part of medical services and in total generates a dissatisfaction of patients with quality of medical services in general. At this stage of reforming of health system in Russia, economic and administrative problems are main issues. It is necessary to master and quickly to introduce in work practice modern economic methods and administrative technologies for their decision. Network creation of the companies belongs to a remarkable trend of development modern societies and economics. The cluster campaign was widely adopted. Studying of network forms of the organizations is based on interdisciplinary researches on ecological, economic, administrative and relational approaches. RESISTANCE OF THE SOIL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF HORIZONTAL DISK WORKING BODY
DescriptionTillage plays an important role in the production of cereal and grains. The issues of improving the methods applied for soil treatment aimed at improving its quality significantly influencing crop yield have been considered. Reducing of all types of costs: energy, labor, money was also taken into consideration. In this article, based on numerous studies we have proposed to use the effect of oscillatory motion in the working body of tillage, improving the design of tillage machines, reducing the metal consumption of the machine, the intensity of the process while increasing quality of work. The article reveals issues related to embedding of the new tillage of the working body running in a horizontal plane and having special tabs (blade), allowing it to make a reciprocating rotational motion. This working body provides the undercutting of a soil layer and root system of weeds, the crumbling of the soil layer and its interaction with the working surfaces of the blades. The conditions of the sliding soil layer on the surface of the working body and reducing the pressure of the reservoir to the working body are proposed. It decreases the compression of the reservoir and the tractive resistance. We have substantiated the conditions for reciprocating rotational motion of the proposed disk of the working body in the working plane close to the horizontal, when interacting with a layer of the soil

SIMPLEX METHOD WITH ARTIFICIAL BASIS
DescriptionThe presented article is devoted to solving problems using the simplex method with artificial basis. Simplex method with artificial basis is used when quite difficult to find initial support program of the initial problem of linear programming, written in canonical form. The presented method is used in the presence of solutions to the system of restrictions and conditions, equations, inequalities and conditions, as well as a transformation table method. The calculation of the system is carried out by introducing artificial variables Ri with the sign of which depends on the type of the optimum, to remove from the basis of these variables are introduced in the last objective function with negative coefficients M that are "mulct" for putting artificial variables. Simplex table, which is made in the process of decision, using the method of artificial basis, called extended. It differs from the conventional in that it comprises two lines of the objective function. In minimization problems - with positive M. Hence, from the original one we have already obtained the new M -problem. If in the optimal solution M-problem has no artificial variables, this decision will be the optimal solution of the original problem. But, if in the optimal solution M-tasks at least one dummy variable is different from zero, the system of constraints of this problem and have inconsistent problem is unsolvable

DescriptionAnalysis of reflection of discrete system with final set of elements in planes of set of values of any sign is leaded. It is demonstrated that information reflected with system is divided on reflected and not reflected part and relevant information functions are got. Structured law of saving of sum of chaos and order is established and classification of discrete systems on their structural organization is given. Interrelation of synergetic and probabilistic information theories is shown. Law of information saving is established.
