THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OF THE ENTERPRISE
DescriptionTo improve the efficiency of using receivable accounts at the enterprise, there is an objective need to perform its constant control. The management of the accounts receivable allows to consider the issues arising during the execution of payments from the debtors of the enterprise in due time and to take essential measures to overcome such situations. This will ultimately have a favorable effect on the financial condition of the company. This article reviews the possibility of using information technologies for the management of the accounts receivable of the enterprise through the implementation of a balanced credit policy. The presented software tool makes it possible to calculate the final credit rating of each enterprise’s debtor by determining the sum of the weighted estimates of all risk factors, to determine the credit limit of each debtor, based on the total debt limit of the company, or on the basis of average monthly receipt from the funds of the debtor. Furthermore, the program helps to calculate the sum of discounts given to the debtor for the timely merchandise payment, or the sum of the fine for breach of the payment discipline. The use of information technology to automate processes of the accounts receivable management of enterprises can significantly reduce economist’s time of work spent on this issue, define emerging problems in this sphere in due time and help to make justified management decisions to overcome such problems

DescriptionThis prospective study was conducted on 10 commercial dairy herds, over one year on milk urea monitoring, determination of diets characteristics effects on MU concentration and on assessment of MU concentrations as a predictor of N utilization and urinary N excretion. Milk samples were collected twice every month and analyzed for urea concentration using a colorimetric procedure. Representative feed samples were also collected on the same day of milk collection. Feed samples were characterized and their concentrations of protein digestible in the intestine and net energy for lactation were calculated according to the French system as well as PDI requirements. USE OF EPIN-EXTRA, R PREPARATION ON SEED PLANTS OF ONION
DescriptionAn important element in the technology of growing seed plants of onion is the use of physiologically active substances to protect plants from frost in early spring growing season. Damage to plants during this period affects seed production. In the experiment we used preparation called Epin-Extra R, with which the leaves of plants were treated a day before expected frost. Test results have shown high efficiency of preparation in the field and in the film unheated greenhouse. Treatment helps to balance the negative impact of low temperatures and obtain an additional seeds yield 92-95 kg / ha more compared with the control, due to the increase of seed of productivity of plants to 3.2 g

USE OF CRIOPROTECTORS IN THE BAKING SECTOR
DescriptionThe main component of food pyramid is bakery products. Consumers of bakery products offer fresh bakery in any time of day, in wide assortment, produced by traditional way and possessing the beneficial properties, hypoallergenic and mainly tasty. In Russia, there is an intensive development of the new technologies, which are based on the freezing of semi-finished bakery. There was considered a possibility of pectin use with a new purpose as a crioprotector in the article. On the first stage of the researches there was a work on study of the influence of different crioprotectors on rheology of dough, dough water-absorbing ability, change of formation time and dough stability at addition of crioprotectors, change of valometric assessment of dough at addition of crioprotectors. There was an analysis of the index of “flour power”. On the results of the research, there was calculated the optimal dose of pectin introduction. There was studied the influence of different crioprotectors on structure of frozen by-products. There were cited the microphotos of frozen yeast dough. There was revealed that the best indexes of a quality of ready bread was reached at use of EMP microwave frequency of defrosting dough by-products taking into account energy expenses there was chosen the rational way of baking. 05.13.18 Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and software complexes
DescriptionIn the process of formation of nonlinear dynamics, the scientific society was able to refute the classical mechanisms of Newton-Laplace by justifying the chaotic nature of the phenomena of the world. However, despite the emergence of new mathematical models and tools, forecasting of nonlinear systems is a difficult task, as not only the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the factors affecting the system are unknown, but also there is a problem of a small amount of information for forecasting. In this article, the authors consider the linear cellular apparatus as a tool for prediction the final state, to which the system will come based only on its output indicators of previous years. Since the use of a linear cellular automaton for prediction of nonlinear systems is an assumption of the authors, it should be tested on the series of stochastic systems exposed to different risk factors, which together give either a positive response of the system or a negative one. An example of such series is the time series of yields, as it is affected by climatic conditions, the appearance of which, in turn, is also difficult to predict. Prediction of stochastic systems using linear cellular automaton really makes it possible to get adequate and visual models. Due to the fact that the forecast model has a discrepancy with the real result of 0-15% (both positive and negative), the conclusion is that the predicted value will help either to take measures to ensure that the real value in the future is not lower, or to make sure that the decisions and measures taken are correct, when a value is higher than the forecast

DescriptionThe anthers of glutinous rice variety Violetta (1400) have been grown in medium N6 producing 72 calluses. Transplanting the calluses to regeneration medium MS gave 7 green fertile plants and one sterile. After 10 months the long cultivated calluses of the glutinous rice Violetta produced regenerated plants. They were passed onto MS medium containing 5 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine and 1 mg/l IAA. USING MICRONUTRIENTS AND GROWTH REGULATORS IN THE CULTIVATION OF WINTER WHEAT
DescriptionThe introduction of innovative technologies of cultivation of priority crops is not possible without the use of biologics. Their incorporation into the soil or on the leaf surface allows achieving a significant increase in productivity and production quality. Currently, on the market of agrochemical products, micronutrient fertilizers offer a wide and varied range of products, both foreign and domestic production. To select the most appropriate preparations or their combinations in price and the resulting effect is a complex task. Therefore, the aim of this study was the study of living forms of microorganisms and growth regulators on development and productivity of soft winter wheat called Yuka. The research was carried out in 2013-2015 in the fields of training and demonstration center for sustainable technologies in FSRI of the «ASC «Donskoy». As the test drugs we used Extresol 1/t seeds and vegetation 1l/ha; Agrophone KU-8 seeds 2 l/t of the growing season is 2 l/ha; seed Vigor forte of 0,50 g/t on vegetation of 0,25 g/ha; Flavobacterium 1,2 l/t seeds and 0,3 l/ha during growing season; Rostock 0,3 l/t and 0,2 l/ha during growing season; Risotorphine 1,2 l/t and 0,4 l/ha during growing season. As a result of researches it is established that living forms of bacteria preparation «Extrasol» and the growth regulators affected the productivity of winter wheat. The yield increase was from 0,53 t/ha to 0,66 t/ha. Huge positive role was played by biological technology of utilization of plant residues with the use of biological products and growth regulators. The introduction of this technology in the training and demonstration center for the production of winter wheat allowed to get 4056 Rub income from 1 ha, at the level of profitability 158%
