CURRENT ISSUES IN THE RESEARCH OF COLD STEEL ARMS AND THROWING WEAPONS AND THEIR TRACES
DescriptionThe authors of the article point out that the research of cold steel arms and their traces has been considered in detail in the studies of different criminologists. Unfortunately, many scientists, examining cold steel arms as the item of expertise, mainly paid attention to the knives, swords, daggers, etc., but few researchers considered crossbows as cold steel weapon. In accordance with part. 4 Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of Russia for illegal manufacture, alteration or repair of throwing weapons, as well as the illegal sale of throwing weapons (Art. 4, Art. 222 of the Criminal Code), criminal liability is stipulated. Thus, the authors agree with the opinions expressed in the literature according to which attention should be paid to the fuzzy wording of p. 4 Art. 222 of the Criminal Code and p. 4 Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: "Cold steel weapons, including throwing weapons". Throwing weapons are not included in the number of cold steel arms; it is an independent type of weapon that is different from the cold steel by its technical characteristics. The common feature of cold steel arms and throwing weapons is striking of a target due to the muscle power of a man. The main difference is that there is no projectile with directional movement in cold steel arms and striking occurs due to the direct contact with the object. The definitions of these types of weapons are contained in the Federal Act "About Weapons"

URGENT TASKS OF THE AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE KRASNODAR REGION
DescriptionUnder modern conditions of functioning of the agrarian sector of Russian economy, which are described with the need to increase the output of the agricultural production in order to ensure import substitution and food safety, it is necessary to analyze the state of the agricultural economy of the regions of the country and the prospects of its development on the innovative basis. To solve the problems faced by the Kuban farmers the comprehensive long-term anti-crisis program of the sustainable development of the agrarian sector of the economy of the region is being developed. It is revealed that the high potential of the increasing output and the economic efficiency growth in the industry is built into the production concentration and the formation of large agricultural holding companies, where agricultural production, processing and sales of products are combined. The necessity of the creation of the "Special program of small agribusiness development" is mentioned. Relying on foreign experience and the experience of the unique enterprise "Konitek-South" Ltd., involved in the purchase of the agricultural products from farmers and the public, and selling it in dozens of Russian regions, the authors propose the optimal variant of the wholesale markets organization. The need to strengthen the government role in the further development and reforming of the agrarian sector of the economy, in the regulation of the agricultural wholesale markets and in the small business development, in the improvement of its competitiveness and investment attractiveness is emphasized

ACTUAL PROBLEMS IN ORGANIZATION OF FEEDING IN MODERN CONDITIONS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionModern pig farming is a leading global livestock industry, but the organization of adequate balanced feeding is actual for the industry. Digestibility of metabolizable energy of feed depends on various factors, including the content of non-starch polysaccharides, which have a negative effect on the digestibility of key nutrients of the feed, lead to a decrease in growth rate and conversion efficiency of nutrients. Enzyme preparations which composition generally includes Xylanase, cellulase, β-glucanase activities, may avoid the negative impact of non-starch polysaccharides. Today's promising preparation that combines the functions of two feed additives - feed enzyme and probiotic, is an enzyme preparation Cellobacterin that, due to the particular organization of the enzyme complex, increases the digestibility of barley grain and effectively effects on sunflower meal. As a probiotic preparation it inhibits the development of pathogenic microorganisms and promotes the formation of beneficial microflora in the digestive tract. The introduction of Cellobacterin enzyme preparation into the compound feed with a high content of barley grain and sunflower meal increases the body weight of young pigs by 4.8% and reduces the cost of feed per 1 kg of live weight gain. The results of hematological studies found no significant deviations from the physiological norm in the morphological picture of the blood in experimental animals. The group, where Cellobacterin was added, showed higher vitamin A content by 2.8% as compared to the control, while vitamin E is found in both groups on the same level. Based on the results of the research to improve the productivity and growth rate in compound feed based on barley and sunflower meal with higher fiber content, it is recommended to include in the compound feed Cellobacterin enzyme preparation at the rate of 1 kg per 1 ton of feed
