The system of indicators characterizing the financial condition of a commercial organization, the major thing is profitability of its operations as the ratio of profit on sales and revenues, the ratio of profit before tax and the average annual value of total assets, the ratio of net profit and the average value of all assets, net income and average equity. Great practical importance for the efficient management of resources economic entity is marginal analysis, but it requires, in our opinion, improvement. In the academic literature on management analysis it is recommended to determine the relative value of the stock of financial strength ratio of the absolute value of the stock of financial strength and actual revenue; financial headroom suggested determined by the difference between the actual value of revenue and earnings, the corresponding break-even point. The relative value of the stock of financial strength should be determined, in our opinion, the ratio of the absolute value of the stock of financial strength and the amount of revenue in the break-even point. Recommended in textbooks relative value of the stock of financial strength is a share of stock of financial strength in the actual revenue. The method of rating the financial condition of commercial organizations (credit scoring of the American economist D. Durant) return on total assets is also a priority index, largely determining the solvency and liquidity of the balance sheet, the financial stability of the business entity. Results of experimental researches of determination of corn stems rolling speed in different places of corn- harvester rolls have been shown. Opportunity of corn-harvester work under speed of 12-15 km/h and increased frequency of rolls rotation was analyzed. Available corn-harvester working regime with regard of intensification of harvesting process was chosen in the result of theoretical and experimental researches.

Various factors influence profit in different ways. Analysis of the impact of certain factors on the financial result makes it possible to reveal errors in time and to develop measures aimed at solving the problems. In the article, the main factors that influence profit are considered. A factor analysis of the profit both for the whole organization and for individual type of product was conducted, to determine the impact of the profit from the sale of a particular type of product on the final financial result. The impact of each factor on profit was measured, to identify profit growth resources of the organization. The article considers brief theoretical information of the wavelet transform and the methods of identification of nonlinear time-varying systems using multi resolution wavelet transform. The methods of data processing based on wavelet transformation are widely used in recent times. Wavelets have significant advantages compared to Fourier transform because wavelet transform tells you about not only the frequency spectrum of the signal, but also on what point in time came one or another harmonic. With their help, you can easily analyze intermittent signals or signals with powerful bursts. Moreover, wavelets allow us to analyze data according to scale, on one of the preset levels (small or large). The unique properties of wavelets allow constructing a basis in which the representation of the data will be expressed with just a few nonzero coefficients. This property makes wavelets a useful tool for data packaging. Small expansion coefficients may be discarded in accordance with the selected algorithm without a significant impact on the quality of the compressed data. Wavelets have found wide application in digital signal processing and data analysis. There are two classes of wavelet transforms: continuous and discrete. In the article we have implemented the discrete wavelet transform with the resulting output distribution on a 3D graph. The algorithm and the results of converting a time series of indicators of integrated industrial systems of sugar subcomplex in agro industrial subcomplex. The methods of neural network modeling for improved accuracy in predicting high-frequency oscillation are applied in the research. The method of determination of cyclic patterns based on coefficients of the wavelet transform has been proposed

ANALYSIS OF CIRCULAR INSTRUMENTS WITH FOUR IN-LINE ARRANGEMENT OF THE SPHERICAL DISKS
DescriptionThe main direction of reducing the cost of soil treatment based on resource-saving technologies is the transition to surface treatment of soil with disk tools. Double-row and four-row disc tools are manufactured. Four-row tools significantly increase tillage intensity. In the disk tools, the spherical disc is fixed on the individual pole. Disc headers are equipped with a rigid adjustment fixing the standalone pole to the frame. Recommended operating speed is up to 12 km/h. The advantage of a disc header over the disc harrow is as follows: winding plant residues on the axis are excluded. Disc mulchers are equipped with a spiral bar on which a spherical disk is mounted. The presence of the elastic element allows the working unit to do lowfrequency oscillations during movement. The result of processing is the formation of mulch in the layer of soil, which is a mixture of plant residues and soil particles with a diameter of up to 25 mm. To assess the effectiveness of the disc mulcher and the disc header a unit is composed. The initial data for calculation are as follows: tractor HTZ-150K, the resistivity of the soil is 6 kN/m, disk tool working width is 4 m, operating speed of the disc header is 12 km/h, operating speed of the disc mulcher is 15 km/h. Technical and economic performance of these units is defined during disking the soil. The choice of energy-saving operating regime was made in a well-known manner. Theoretical value of slippage of the leading tractor with disk mulcher was 6%, against 9% with the disc header. Working speed of the mulcher made up 14.07 km/h against 10,89 of the disc header. The performance of the unit with the mulcher made up 16.21 hectares, disc harrow performance is 12,54 ha. Fuel mass flow of mulcher decreased by 29% and made 9.68 kg/ha. Using mulcher for surface treatment of the soil allows to reduce the tillage energy costs thanks to resource-conserving technologies
